About the Role:

We are hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer who is passionate about automation, container orchestration, and eager to transition into MLOps. You’ll join a cross-functional team supporting infrastructure and deployment for ML models and microservices in a Kubernetes-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage scalable Kubernetes-based infrastructure for ML workloads
• Deploy and maintain open-source platforms: Elasticsearch, Kafka, Grafana
• Collaborate with ML and dev teams to deploy and integrate ML models
• Implement robust CI/CD pipelines for ML and application components
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform or Ansible
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
• Troubleshoot system issues across dev/staging/production
• Develop and implement MLOps best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years in DevOps / Site Reliability Engineering
• Deep hands-on with Kubernetes for containerized workloads
• Strong in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible
• Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI
• Strong scripting skills: Python, Bash
• Proficiency in managing open-source platforms like Kafka, Elasticsearch, Grafana
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to transition into MLOps and support ML engineers

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure
• Familiarity with MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow
• Exposure to data engineering tools and pipelines
