Roles & Responsibilities:

• System Administration: Manage hardware/software installations, file systems, and servers (Linux, Windows, macOS)
• Server Management: Oversee system backups, restore operations, and Active Directory for efficient data management
• DevOps & Automation: Design CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes to streamline deployments
• Version Control: Manage source code with Git and GitHub for effective version control and collaboration
• Configuration Management: Deploy automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, and Chef for system consistency
• Network Administration: Configure LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPNs, routers, and firewalls for secure network connectivity
• Cloud Infrastructure: Manage AWS services (EC2, Auto Scaling, ELB, RDS, S3, IAM) with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Monitoring & Optimization: Utilize Nagios, Grafana, Icinga for real-time monitoring and performance optimization
• Scripting & Automation: Automate tasks using Python, Ruby, or Perl for operational efficiency
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex issues with strong technical and analytical skills

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• System Administration: Proficient in Linux, Windows, and macOS
• DevOps Tools: Hands-on with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
• Networking: Strong understanding of networking, firewall management, and virtualization
• Cloud: Experience with AWS services and tools
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for both technical and non-technical teams
