Job Description

Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Junior System Engineer with a passion for medical imaging technologies and embedded systems. This role focuses on improving X-ray image quality through advanced image processing algorithms and supports compliance and product lifecycle management in a regulated medical device development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new imaging algorithms for X-ray systems based on clinical feedback
• Improve image quality through embedded systems and signal processing
• Participate in Product Steering Group (PSG) and Product Lifecycle Group (PLG)
• Analyze dependencies and contribute to product risk management
• Support product compliance testing and regulatory documentation
• Contribute to requirements analysis and system functional specifications
• Exposure to risk engineering in medical devices is a plus

• Good understanding of medical device regulations and compliance standards
