Role Overview

As a Technical Support Administrator III, you will play a vital role in ensuring technical support services meet service levels, maintain high quality, and ensure end-user satisfaction. This includes supporting IT operations, incident management, IAM, and contributing to continuous improvement in a remote-first, cloud-first environment.

You will report to the Manager of Information Technology.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as escalation point for unresolved 1st-tier IT support issues
  • Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, mobile, and cloud/enterprise software and hardware
  • Support Windows, Apple, printers, peripherals, and networking devices
  • Manage IAM (Entra ID) in an enterprise setting
  • Track and resolve incidents via Jira Service Management
  • Collaborate with 3rd party service providers
  • Document and improve internal IT processes
  • Author and maintain KB articles, FAQs, manuals in Confluence
  • Facilitate training materials for users
  • Monitor SLA compliance and lead review meetings
  • Ensure consistent implementation of IT processes across the team
  • On-call escalation support including weekends and holidays

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4–6 years of IT End User Support & Systems Administration
  • Experience with Windows OS, MacOS, Office 365, Azure/Cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with Intune / Mosyle / MDM tools
  • Experience in app packaging, configurations, and compliance policies
  • Hands-on with PowerShell scripting and PowerApps
  • Understanding of SSO and SCIM enablement
  • Comfortable with ticketing systems (JSM, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
  • Strong communication skills with a global support mindset
