🔹 Role Overview:

As a DevOps Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain a scalable, secure, and highly available platform powering our AI-driven fintech applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cloud automation, observability, CI/CD, and continuous improvement initiatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Development:
  • Architect and maintain infrastructure on AWS (EKS, Lambda, Fargate, ECS)
  • Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
  • Automate provisioning via Terraform / CloudFormation / Pulumi
• Observability & Monitoring:
  • Implement Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Opentelemetry for metrics, logs, and alerts
• Automation & CI/CD:
  • Build pipelines in Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD; enable blue/green & canary deploys
  • Script routine tasks using Python and Bash
• Security & Compliance:
  • Enforce IAM best practices, secrets management, and GuardDuty integrations
• Collaboration & Documentation:
  • Work closely with developers using Jira / Confluence; participate in design reviews

🔹 Mandatory Skills:

• Deep experience with AWS services and Kubernetes/EKS
• Strong in Python & Bash scripting, Terraform/CloudFormation
• Proven delivery using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD)
• Hands-on with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK for monitoring and logging

🔹 Preferred / Bonus Skills:

• Exposure to Azure or GCP and serverless stacks
• Distributed tracing (Jaeger/Zipkin), event-driven monitoring (Honeycomb)
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Incident management (PagerDuty/Opsgenie), progressive delivery (Flagger)
