Key Responsibilities

• Drive deployment re-architecture with a focus on automation, self-service, and DevOps best practices.
• Maintain high availability, performance, and cost-efficiency of multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Lead SRE initiatives such as Logging Pipeline modernization, Observability uplift, and Toil automation.
• Conduct incident post-mortems, participate in architecture reviews, and influence reliability strategies.
• Support deployments in air-gapped, on-prem, and multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) environments.
• Design, automate, and maintain large-scale Kubernetes clusters, Terraform/Pulumi-based IaC, and CI/CD pipelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in multi-cloud infrastructure: AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Rancher, Nomad, or Mesos.
• Experience with air-gapped deployments, Kafka, Redis, and SRE observability stacks.
• Proficiency in at least one major language (e.g., Python, GoLang, Ruby).
• Knowledge of Terraform, Pulumi, CI/CD, and deployment automation (Spinnaker, Shipit).
• Familiar with SecOps, compliance workflows, and open-source SRE tools.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
