Job Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer I, you will assist users of Seismic’s SaaS solutions, diagnose and resolve issues, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with primary issues and follow-up questions.
• Diagnose issues and perform initial bug triage.
• Utilize knowledge base and tools to resolve queries.
• Stay updated with software updates and training sessions.
• Document and report bugs for engineering teams.
• Escalate complex issues as needed.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient problem resolution.
• Manage case and chat support while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS applications and troubleshooting tools (HAR files, New Relic logging, browser session analysis).
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Salesforce (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
