About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer (Entry-Level) to join our dynamic Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of development and operations practices, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with software developers, QA teams, and Support to automate and streamline build and deployment processes, monitor and manage cloud infrastructure, and ensure smooth integration of code and infrastructure across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to automate build, deployment, and monitoring processes
• Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts using tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Monitor system performance and application health using tools like ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch
• Support cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Participate in debugging infrastructure issues and identifying root causes
• Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and processes
• Learn and apply best practices in DevOps

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or similar role (internships included)
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Shell scripting, or PowerShell)
• Good understanding of networking, Linux systems, and version control (Git)
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

• Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus)
• Exposure to agile and DevSecOps practices
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or DevOps tools

Soft Skills
