Job Summary

We are hiring a DevOps Engineer to work with AWS, GCP, and Azure in building secure, resilient, and scalable cloud infrastructure. This role involves close collaboration with U.S. stakeholders, LATAM and APAC engineering teams, and enterprise customers operating in compliance-driven environments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and harden Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE/AKS), VPC networking, and container registries.
  • Design and support multi-region architectures across U.S., LATAM, and APAC.
  • Develop reusable Terraform modules, Helm charts, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Define SLIs/SLOs, monitor infrastructure with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and handle on-call rotations.
  • Implement IAM/RBAC, secrets management, and security best practices.
  • Operate managed databases and caches (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) with backup and performance tuning.
  • Enhance release workflows (blue/green, canary, progressive delivery with Argo CD/Flux).
  • Collaborate with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Engage with enterprise clients in regulated, high-value environments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years as a DevOps or Infrastructure Engineer.
  • Hands-on with AWS and/or GCP (compute, containers, IAM, networking, managed DBs).
  • Strong in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, Ansible).
  • CI/CD expertise (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Proficiency with Docker, Linux, and networking fundamentals (DNS, TLS, routing, VPNs).
  • Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with global, multicultural teams across U.S., LATAM, and APAC.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in mission-critical/NOC environments.
  • Knowledge of public-sector security frameworks (NIST, DISA STIGs, Zero Trust).
  • SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, incident management).
  • Certifications:
    • Linux Essentials / LPI
    • CCNA or equivalent networking
    • CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer)
    • Cloud Fundamentals (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $72,100 – $105,100 (target midpoint $88,600) + annual bonus.
