About the Role

Scrumconnect Limited is hiring a Junior DevOps Engineer to support the migration of multiple applications and services into a cloud-native AWS environment. The role requires hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, AWS cloud infrastructure, and DevOps automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the migration of applications to AWS, including planning and execution.
• Collaborate with architects to design Amazon EKS-based solutions.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins with SonarQube integration.
• Develop Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments across multiple environments.
• Manage AWS security using IAM roles, least privilege principles, and workload identities.
• Handle data migration between S3, PostgreSQL, and other data stores with minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot issues in containers, Kubernetes clusters, and AWS environments.
• Mentor and collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality delivery.

CI/CD & DevOps Tools

• Jenkins pipelines (DSL), SonarQube, Nexus/Artifactory
• Shell scripting & Python (with YAML/JSON handling)
• Git and version control best practices

Containers & Kubernetes

• Docker (multi-stage builds, security hardening, troubleshooting)
• Kubernetes (services, ingress, RBAC, DNS, Helm)

Cloud Infrastructure (AWS)
