Role Overview – DevOps Engineer

We are hiring an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and production monitoring. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving complex infrastructure problems, improving system reliability, and driving automation across environments.

The DevOps Engineer will play a key role in designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable cloud systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD & Automation

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
• Improve deployment reliability, release frequency, and rollback mechanisms.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using modern DevOps tools.

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Work with compute, storage, networking, load balancers, and cloud security services.
• Ensure infrastructure scalability, fault tolerance, and cost optimization.

Containers & Orchestration

• Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker.
• Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters in production environments.
• Implement best practices for container security, scaling, and observability.

Monitoring & Reliability

• Monitor systems using cloud monitoring and observability tools.
• Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and production issues.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and system improvements.

Security & Best Practices

• Implement DevOps security best practices (DevSecOps).
• Manage access control, secrets, and secure CI/CD workflows.
• Ensure compliance with infrastructure and operational standards.

Required Skills & Expertise

DevOps & Cloud

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer or Cloud Engineer.
• Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and security concepts.

Containers & CI/CD

• Advanced experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and automation workflows.
• Experience managing production-grade containerized systems.

Systems & Operations

• Strong Linux system administration skills.
• Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing high-traffic production systems.
• Ability to handle on-call responsibilities and incident resolution.
