Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for desktop systems (hardware, software, AV setup, and peripheral devices).
• Maintain accurate logs using internal ticketing systems.
• Participate in organization-wide IT infrastructure projects.
• Setup and configure new hardware, audio-video devices, and applications.
• Troubleshoot OS (Windows/macOS), applications, and network issues.
• Collaborate with global IT teams for escalated technical problem resolution.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in desktop support or similar IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS OS, networking basics, and support protocols.
• Good understanding of network protocols, AV setups, and endpoint management.
• Excellent communication skills to assist users and explain technical terms effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with enterprise tools, remote troubleshooting, and ticketing systems.
