Job Description
As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will provide hands-on support for our game development cloud infrastructure. You’ll troubleshoot system issues, manage administration tasks, improve network security, and collaborate with teams to ensure our systems are always optimized for performance.

Required Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Networking and network security knowledge
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Exposure to cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
