Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage applications in production and non-production environments.
• Monitor performance, ensure uptime, and optimize systems for efficiency.
• Handle incidents, changes, releases, and problems per ITIL standards.
• Write and maintain troubleshooting manuals, backup/restore plans.
• Automate repetitive tasks and document technical workflows.
• Maintain and expand the internal technical knowledge base.
• Generate application performance and usage reports.

Required Skills & Experience

• Education: University Degree in IT or related field.
• IT Experience: 10+ years in professional IT roles.
• Application Admin: 5+ years in application support, configuration, and admin.
• OS Expertise: 5+ years with Windows Server (2019+) and RHEL 8+.
• DevOps Tools: 4+ years with Git, Azure DevOps, Python scripting.
• Kubernetes: 4+ years of cluster & application administration using Helm, Operators, Pipelines.
• Config Management: 2+ years with Puppet or similar tools.
• Certifications: Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) is mandatory.
• Languages: Fluent in English (spoken & written).
• Standards: Familiarity with ITIL (Incident, Change, Release Management).

• Experience in enterprise-scale ICT infrastructure.
