Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor real-time dashboards and respond to incidents within SLA.

• Monitoring & APM: Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch
• Scripting / Programming: Python, Bash, JavaScript, PowerShell
• CI/CD & IaC: GitHub Actions / Jenkins / Terraform / ARM / CloudFormation
• Networking fundamentals: subnets, CIDR blocks, firewalls, load balancing, HA clusters
• Strong incident-response mindset and excellent written + verbal communication

Preferred Plus:

• Experience in lending tech / FinTech domains
• Cloud or security certifications (AWS SAA, Azure AZ-104, GCP ACE, Security+)
• Open-source contributions or tech-community involvement
