Role Overview

We are looking for a GCP Cloud Engineer to join our founding tech team. You will be responsible for shaping the backbone of our scalable, resilient, and secure cloud infrastructure, ensuring that our platform is optimized, secure, and highly available.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Services: Deploy and manage containerized microservices using Cloud Run or GKE.
• CI/CD: Set up CI/CD pipelines with Cloud Build for seamless automation.
• Networking & Load Balancing: Manage load balancing, networking, and Cloud CDN for performance and scalability.
• Monitoring & Logging: Monitor systems using Cloud Monitoring & Logging for proactive issue resolution.
• Cost Optimization: Optimize cloud costs using GCP Recommender and billing tools.
• Security: Ensure infrastructure security using IAM, Cloud Armor, and Secret Manager.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands-on experience with GKE and Cloud Run for containerized applications.
• Proficiency in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Cloud Build.
• Experience with Cloud CDN, Cloud Monitoring, and Cloud Logging.
• Strong understanding of GCP cost management and optimization tools.
• Familiarity with security tools such as IAM, Cloud Armor, and Secret Manager.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
