Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to strengthen our infrastructure, drive automation excellence, and ensure system reliability at scale. If you are passionate about cloud-native architectures, automation, and improving system performance, we want to hear from you!

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available and scalable infrastructure, leveraging AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps tooling. You will collaborate with software engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of new deployments into production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS using Infrastructure as Code principles (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar).
• Manage containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Implement effective monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and others.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools and best practices.
• Optimize system performance and ensure high availability across multiple environments.
• Scripting automation tasks using Bash, and configuration management with Ansible.
• Manage and optimize databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and EdgeDB.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues.
• Maintain strong security and compliance standards across environments.
• Document systems, processes, and architectures to promote best practices across teams.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineer role.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Proficiency in Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
• Strong scripting skills in Bash and configuration management with Ansible.
• Familiarity with building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise working with relational and NoSQL databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and EdgeDB.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation and team collaboration.
