Internship Summary

The Ryder Internship Program offers students the opportunity to gain real-world experience by contributing to active Ryder projects. Interns will develop professional skills including problem-solving, communication, and corporate collaboration. This is a great opportunity to get exposed to DevOps practices in a large, established enterprise environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Responsibilities may vary based on department or area of assignment.
• Participate in meetings, work on real projects, and attend business reviews.
• Support DevOps and IT teams in research, analysis, and implementation.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Experience: Prior internship or leadership experience is a plus.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to form professional relationships across departments.
• Confident in learning new tools and systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel.
• Self-starter with the initiative to take on challenges.

• Work Location: Miami, Florida (No travel required)
• Pay Type: Hourly
• Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00/hr
