📝 Job Overview

Rubrik, a leader in Zero Trust Data Security™, is hiring a Project/Program Manager Intern to assist in the delivery of on-prem and SaaS product development. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing technical programs, driving process improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Management, and Customer Support.

This internship offers the unique opportunity to learn end-to-end project execution — from planning and development to validation and deployment. You’ll work on real-world challenges, develop technical expertise, and enhance communication and organizational skills.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Coordination & Communication:

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Leadership, and Customer Support teams.
  • Assist in communicating schedules, status updates, and issues to stakeholders.

• Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and help develop mitigation plans.
  • Work closely with development teams to address and resolve issues affecting timelines.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Help evaluate and improve processes across the development lifecycle.
  • Recommend tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and automation.

• Technical Execution:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
  • Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Identify and solve bottlenecks within the software stack.

🎓 Qualifications

• Education: BE in Computer Science (Final Year) with strong academic performance.
• Technical Skills:
  • Basic understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud services, and release management tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies in a 24x7 operational environment is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
