Job Description
RTS Manpower Solutions is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer to join their technical team in Delhi. This role is ideal for professionals with 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in Windows OS, Linux systems, and basic server support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site desktop support for Windows and Linux-based systems
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting
- Support basic server and network configurations
- Coordinate with the IT admin team for escalated issues
- Maintain system documentation and log support activity
Required Skills
- Windows installation and support
- Basic Linux command-line operations
- Hardware troubleshooting and basic networking
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user permissions
- Good communication and customer service skills
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Tech (IT) / BCA / B.Sc (IT) graduates
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant technical support experience
- Candidates residing near NSP, Delhi are preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
