Technical Consultant – Malaysia

Location

• Malaysia

Job Responsibilities

• Provide consultancy and coaching for customers or channel partners on product features.
• Responsible for project implementation, customization development, and post-implementation support.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including responding to RFI/RFP, delivering presentations, and conducting proof-of-concept exercises.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Engineering, Global Support Center, and Quality Assurance teams.

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in software application development, implementation, and support.
• Only native Malaysians can apply.
• Experience with:
  • Application Security & Identity and Access Management
  • Technologies: Java, HTML, JavaScript, SQL
  • APIs & Data Formats: RESTful APIs, JSON
  • Operating Systems: Unix, Windows
  • Web Servers: Apache HTTP Server or its variants
  • Application Servers: Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere
  • Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Derby
  • Directory Services: Active Directory or similar
  • Relevant IT certifications in security, project management, or Agile development are a plus.
