Your Tasks
- Linux Workplace Development: Improve and expand Ubuntu-based Linux workstations to meet evolving business needs.
- Custom Linux Client Features: Build and configure features tailored for security and business functionality.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure performance and reliability of Linux systems across hardware and virtual environments.
- 2nd Level Linux Support: Offer expert-level assistance within defined IT service frameworks.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve complex infrastructure integration issues.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Manage Linux-specific servers and software repositories.
Your Qualifications
- Passion for Linux: Deep love for Linux systems and command-line work.
- Advanced Packaging/Admin: Strong knowledge of Debian/Ubuntu systems.
- Scripting & Development: Skilled in Bash, Python, and GNU utilities.
- CI/CD & Git: Experience with Git-based development workflows.
- Config Management: Familiar with SaltStack, Ansible, or Puppet.
- Virtualization/Containers: Exposure to VMWare, VirtualBox, Hyper-V, WSL2, Docker, Podman.
- Debugging Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities in Linux environments.
- IT Service Management: Proven skills in delivering structured IT support.
