Rockwell Automation, a global leader in industrial automation, is hiring Field Support Engineers to support on-site installation, startup, maintenance, and operation of advanced automation control systems. Key Responsibilities:

• On-site installation, startup, maintenance, and operation of automation systems including motion/servo drives
• Troubleshooting, repair, and refurbishment of complex industrial equipment and software
• Diagnosing hardware and software problems and providing timely resolutions
• Managing customer relationships and acting as liaison between sales, product divisions, and clients
• Coordinating projects and providing technical support during start-up and integration
• Preparing technical specifications, documentation, and test procedures
• Handling escalations and complex technical challenges
• Applying automation technology to improve processes such as tension control
• Recommending product improvements and identifying engineering reuse opportunities
• Generating revenue through service contracts and support agreements
• Training customers on system operation and maintenance
• Performing project management including scheduling, tracking, and utilization goals
• Traveling within assigned regions to provide onsite and remote support
