Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred)

Experience: 2+ years in technical engineering support
Job Location: Chennai, India
Skills Required:
- Strong technical computer knowledge
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues
- Ability to assess customer needs and set expectations
- Knowledge of testing tools for troubleshooting
- Ability to research and document technical cases
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level II customer support for Rocket Software products
- Troubleshoot reported issues and guide customers in resolving them
- Use testing tools to diagnose and solve problems
- Research and document technical cases for future reference
- Contribute to training materials and internal projects
- Collaborate with other support engineers and assist team members
