Job Overview

Rezo.ai is hiring a Cloud Engineer to design, manage, and optimize secure, scalable, and high-availability cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. This role focuses on cloud automation, DevOps practices, cost optimization, monitoring, security, and incident management in a fast-paced AI-first SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available Azure cloud infrastructure
• Monitor cloud systems to ensure availability, integrity, performance, and reliability
• Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, networking, and application-level issues
• Automate and streamline operations using DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
• Collaborate closely with development, AI, and data teams to ensure seamless deployments
• Optimize cloud performance, utilization, and cost management in Azure environments
• Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive actions
• Ensure adherence to cloud security policies, compliance standards, and best practices
• Support continuous improvement of cloud operations and DevOps workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Security)
• Hands-on experience with automation and scripting:
  • PowerShell
  • Shell Scripting
  • Azure CLI
  • ARM Templates
  • Terraform
  • Ansible
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools:
  • Azure Monitor
  • Graylog
  • Nagios
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Linux systems (preferred)
• Familiarity with network analysis tools like WireShark
• Knowledge of security and secrets management tools such as Vault
• Python scripting knowledge is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
