Renovision Automation Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced Remote/Desktop/Service Desk Engineers to join their technical support team. This role offers opportunities in IT infrastructure support, ticketing tools, and remote troubleshooting across top client environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, MS Office, and Outlook.
- Respond to incidents and service requests via ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk).
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues with a customer-first approach.
- Perform installation, configuration, and basic networking troubleshooting.
- Maintain documentation of issues, actions taken, and solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support teams as required.
Required Skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop/laptop hardware and software
- Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Freshdesk
- Experience with email clients (Outlook) and Windows OS
- Basic knowledge of networking and remote access tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and customer-centric mindset
Preferred Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, remote support, or service desk roles
- Graduate in any stream or Polytechnic Diploma in IT/Computer Science/Electronics
- Ability to handle pressure and prioritize incidents efficiently
