Role Overview

As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with development and IT operations teams to streamline software delivery, implement CI/CD pipelines, monitor application health, ensure operational readiness, and maintain compliance with security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Operations Integration: Automate and streamline processes across Dev & Ops teams.
• CI/CD Management: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or equivalent.
• Monitoring & Logging: Configure monitoring/logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk) for performance & health.
• Incident & Problem Management: Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Security & Compliance: Apply best practices and ensure GDPR/NIS2 compliance.
• Operational Readiness: Oversee smooth transition from development to production.
• Project Maturation: Ensure quality and reliability of project delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Analytical Thinking: Diagnose problems and develop effective solutions.
• Organized & Systematic: Structured approach to tasks and workflows.
• Technical Knowledge: Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud platforms.
• CI/CD & Monitoring Tools: Jenkins, GitHub, ArgoCD, Adobe, Dynatrace, Splunk; Prometheus & Grafana preferred.
• Cloud Platforms: Kubernetes, RedHat OpenShift, AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Technologies: Linux, GraphQL, Kafka, Couchbase, Oracle, Reactive Architecture, HTML5, Apache, Angular, WebLogic.
• Telecommunication: Familiarity with telecom technologies & processes is a plus.
• AI Tools: Knowledge of AI tools & platforms is an asset.
• Security & Compliance: NIS2, GDPR understanding mandatory.
• Languages: Fluent English mandatory; Dutch/French a plus.
