Position Overview:

Join Relanto as a Support Engineer and become part of a team that ensures smooth operation of Marketing Technology applications. Collaborate with global teams to solve complex technical challenges and support our enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first line of support for Marketing Technology applications
• Monitor and respond to incidents, service requests, and application issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to perform root cause analysis and resolve recurring issues
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support with clear documentation
• Maintain support documentation, runbooks, and FAQs
• Participate in 18x5 global support coverage in coordination with US and India teams
• Assist in deployment, testing, and validation of application enhancements and bug fixes

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years in IT application support or technical support
• Strong grasp of incident management and issue tracking processes
• Basic coding/scripting knowledge (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Understanding of application architecture and engineering concepts
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Eloqua, Salesforce, or Iterable
• Exposure to Marketing Automation or CRM tools
• Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms
