Role Overview:

As an Associate Technical Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of resolving post-integration technical issues for Razorpay’s merchant partners. You’ll work closely with developers, clients, and internal stakeholders, making sure all technical concerns are addressed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address technical queries related to APIs, plugins, and the full Razorpay product suite
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to merchants and internal teams
• Report bugs via Jira and collaborate with engineering/product teams to resolve them
• Document issues using CRM tools like FreshDesk
• Deliver a seamless support experience without redirecting to developers
• Act as a product expert and technical consultant to stakeholders
• Occasionally travel to client sites to resolve complex technical concerns

Mandatory Qualifications:

• B.Tech/M.Tech degree (Internship experience is a plus)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills—can simplify complex tech for non-technical audiences
• Ability to independently handle technical challenges
• Familiarity with at least one frontend tech (HTML/CSS/JS/Angular/Flutter/React Native)
• Familiarity with at least one backend tech (Java/C++/Python/Go)

Bonus Skills:

• Knowledge of payment gateway systems
• Experience with tools like Jira and FreshDesk
• Passion for fintech and improving digital payment ecosystems
