Business Analyst – Rasonix

Role Overview
Rasonix is seeking a Business Analyst (BA) to be deployed at client companies, serving as a critical liaison between the client and Rasonix. The BA will be responsible for ticket management, conducting daily stand-ups, issue tracking, and ensuring seamless communication and workflow coordination between both teams. This role is ideal for freshers with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Create, manage, and track issue tickets using Atlassian Jira, ensuring all reported concerns are documented and addressed.
• Conduct daily stand-up meetings to review ongoing tasks, blockers, and project updates.
• Proactively follow up with teams to ensure the timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of communications, escalations, and resolutions.
• Assist in report preparation and provide insights into issue trends.
• Ensure efficient administrative coordination between teams to facilitate smooth project execution.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Atlassian Apps (Jira, Jira Administration, and Confluence).
• Strong communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of issue tracking workflows and project management principles.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Preferred: B.Tech with MBA.
• Skills: Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other requirements management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques and experience in industries such as Finance, Healthcare, E-commerce, Manufacturing & Retail, Education, or Real Estate.
