Shift: EMEA / PST (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

• Monitor AWS environments using CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, OpsGenie.
• Provide first-level incident response and remediation actions.
• Support SOC operations: security alerts, compliance, and AWS support cases.
• Collaborate with DevOps & Cloud teams for issue resolution and escalations.
• Execute playbooks and SOPs for recurring alerts and automation.
• Ensure SLA adherence, documentation, and customer communication.

Desired Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in CloudOps/NOC/SOC roles.
• Hands-on with Linux & Windows administration.
• Familiarity with AWS services: EC2, S3, VPC, Lambda, CloudWatch.
• Exposure to monitoring/observability tools: Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Basic scripting in Bash and Python.
• Understanding of containerized environments (Docker, EKS, KBS).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work night shifts and rotational weekend coverage.
