Job Description:
Rakuten Symphony is hiring a DevOps Engineer to join their OSS team in Bangalore. The role involves designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines while optimizing system performance and observability for large-scale applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and automate cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Use Terraform to build scalable cloud environments
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.
• Monitor systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor
• Write and maintain scripts in Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Go
• Implement configuration management using Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
• Apply best practices for security assurance in DevOps processes

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure-as-code
• Excellent scripting and automation experience
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools
• Good problem-solving, collaboration, and adaptability
• DevOps or Cloud certifications are a plus
