About the Role

We are hiring an experienced L3 Cloud Support Engineer with strong expertise in AWS infrastructure, Windows server management, and SQL database administration. You will support infrastructure and AppDev teams to ensure fault-tolerant and highly available services in an Agile/SCRUM environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle support tickets from ServiceNow (SNOW) and Azure DevOps.
• Manage EC2 instances: create, update, delete, and patch Windows servers.
• Execute and analyze SQL queries using SSMS on Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
• Execute queries and manage users for PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redshift.
• Use Datadog for log and metrics analysis.
• Manage IIS applications using ASP.NET.
• Provide ECS (Elastic Container Service) support for deployed applications.
• Manage user access via Active Directory (on-premise for CES).
• Work on CAB approvals and production deployment procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Web and DB servers.
• Analyze performance and database issues; identify root causes or escalate appropriately.
• Participate in Agile development practices and maintain documentation.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with managing Windows EC2 instances and patching.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Experience executing queries in PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• User management using Active Directory.
• Proven troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CloudFormation and Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with MongoDB, Datadog, and production deployment workflows.
• Working knowledge of Redshift, ECS, and IIS on ASP.NET.
• Project tracking using Azure DevOps Boards.
