Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-based or on-premise server architectures to handle high traffic, ensuring reliability for 10+ million users.
- Build and maintain secure, high-performance cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premise servers.
- Ensure infrastructure scalability to handle growing traffic, particularly focusing on video content delivery.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
- Support video content management including transcoding, storage, and streaming.
- Continuously monitor system performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
- Implement disaster recovery strategies, backup solutions, and security measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document DevOps processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or IT infrastructure roles.
- Expertise in cloud architectures and large-scale video content delivery.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and server management.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation.
- Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, Go).
- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
