Roles and Responsibilities

• Distribute AI and vision-centric software to customers on various platforms (Linux, Windows) and support deployment and updates.
• Work closely with customers to debug and resolve recurring deployment issues.
• Build and optimize highly reliable services for swift product delivery.
• Automate environment setups and configurations for diverse computer platforms.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimization solutions.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems for proactive issue detection.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure robust security measures for infrastructure and applications.
• Foster a customer-centric culture and strengthen production processes within the company.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Skills and Expertise

• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic programming knowledge in any language.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker and container platforms.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
