Job Description:

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting POS software issues and assisting customers with their support queries. You will be the trusted point of contact for our clients, providing timely and accurate solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Respond to merchants’ support queries via email, phone calls, and Google Meet
• Conduct online meetings with merchants to diagnose software issues
• Provide product demonstrations to merchants
• Install and configure merchants' POS devices
• Handle merchant onboarding and provide product training
• Work in a 24x7 support environment
• Travel to client locations for troubleshooting when required

Education & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 0-2 years of experience in application support / technical support
• Strong ability to solve complex application/software issues
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
