🧑‍🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:
  • BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Computer Science
• Year of Completion:
  • 2023 and 2024 graduates only
• Academic Performance:
  • Minimum 60% aggregate throughout academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation)
• Backlogs:
  • No standing arrears or backlogs at the time of selection and onboarding
• Certificates:
  • Must have original graduation marksheet and provisional degree certificates ready before onboarding

💰 Compensation Details

• Total Annual Salary Package: ₹3.75 LPA
  • Fixed Pay: ₹3.50 LPA
  • Retention Bonus: ₹25,000 payable upon completion of 1 year of service

📜 Service Agreement/Bond

• Duration: 2 years (Mandatory)
  • The candidate must commit to working for QuEST Global for a minimum of 2 years.
