Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with QA and developers to understand product features and write test cases
- Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for UI and API layers
- Participate in Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, status updates
- Identify, report, and track software defects through internal tools
- Maintain and update automation scripts using frameworks like Robot Framework, Pytest, Selenium
- Support API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger
- Document testing activities including test plans, cases, and summary reports
- Adopt best practices in QA automation and Agile methodologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years experience in software QA and testing processes
- Strong manual testing and test case design skills
- Hands-on experience with automation tools: Python, Robot Framework, Pytest, Selenium
- Familiarity with API testing and related tools (Postman, Swagger)
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, testing methodologies, and defect lifecycle
- Basic Linux knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, JMeter, and basic networking is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork skills
