Job Description:

Qualitest is seeking a skilled Jr DevOps Engineer with strong experience in AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, and scripting. You will contribute to our cloud transformation by automating infrastructure, deploying software efficiently, and enhancing system reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Automate installations and CI/CD pipelines
• Deploy and maintain databases, write and manage DB scripts
• Develop deployment tooling for both cloud and on-premise systems
• Optimize the product delivery lifecycle with modern DevOps practices
• Resolve developer deployment issues and CI build failures
• Administer and monitor CI pipelines and verification workflows
• Automate QA test environments and support testing pipelines
• Collaborate with developers to improve tools and environments
• Adopt new technologies for cloud migration, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Promote global collaboration and knowledge sharing

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years of DevOps experience in cloud/virtualized environments
• Hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
• Experience in scripting with PowerShell, Python, or similar
• Strong CI/CD knowledge (GitLab CI, TFS, Jenkins, etc.)
• Familiarity with container tech (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows environments
• Experience with Git, TFS, Jira, Confluence
• Comfortable writing and managing complex database scripts

Preferred / Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Ansible, MSBuild, Maven, InstallShield, WiX
• Administering TFS pipelines
• Familiarity with Cloud Foundry or other PaaS platforms
• Network configuration and Active Directory scripting
• Understanding of IaaS/cloud infrastructure deployment best practices
