Job Description:

As a Software Engineer (React.js), you will play a key role in building our Partner Discovery solution, enabling universities to connect with global partners. You'll work on frontend development using React or Next.js, integrated with modern APIs and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive web applications using React/NextJS
• Innovate and enhance platform features and fix bugs
• Integrate UI with internal and external APIs
• Ensure platform performance through testing and production support
• Collaborate in Agile-Scrum teams with UX, QA, DevOps, and Product Managers
• Conduct system analysis, code review, and performance optimization

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with Next.js, APIs, and database systems (RDBMS & NoSQL)
• Proficiency in SQL and version control tools like Git/SVN
• Experience in building web/mobile apps independently (academic or professional)
• UI frameworks like Tailwind, Bootstrap, or MUI are a plus
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills
