You’ll serve as a tech leader, client advisor, and mentor — working on infrastructure architecture, automation, and intelligent monitoring systems.

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate, maintain, and administer solutions for infrastructure efficiency, availability, and visibility.
• Plan maintenance activities and design documentation.
• Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for outages/incidents (ITIL Problem Management).
• Identify opportunities to improve resiliency and automate operational tasks.
• Maintain team documentation on client systems and infrastructure.
• Audit and analyze client environments for best practice implementation.
• Collaborate with teams to continuously improve working culture.
• Drive client discussions on technology roadmaps.
• Participate in on-call rotation for escalation support.

🎓 What We Need From You

• Cloud Experience: Google Cloud, AWS (Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
• Scripting & Automation: Python (Mandatory)
• Container Technologies: Kubernetes (Required), Docker, LXC
• Microservices Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems
• DevOps Practices: CI/CD, version control (PRs, merge, rebase)
• Networking: TCP/IP, NIC bonding, DNS, NTP, DHCP, SMTP configuration
• Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, KVM
• Cloud Models: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS — pros, cons, and use cases
• Web Servers: Load balancer administration and support
• Automation Tools: Puppet, Terraform, Ansible
• System Troubleshooting: Multi-system root cause analysis
• Network Device Management: Switches, firewalls from multiple vendors
• Quick Learner: Ability to pick up new technologies fast
• Task Management: Accurate scheduling and task estimation
