Job Summary

PureSoftware Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a skilled TechOps Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in system operations, cloud technologies, and automation, who are eager to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high availability and performance of systems and applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, applications, and systems.
• Manage backups, security, and disaster recovery processes.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations and standard procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident management.
• Monitor industry trends to improve operational effectiveness.

Roles & Detailed Responsibilities

1. Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure across systems and applications.
2. Support deployment/integration of new technologies.
3. Troubleshoot and minimize downtime through timely issue resolution.
4. Enforce and maintain IT security protocols.
5. Conduct system audits for process optimization.
6. Maintain comprehensive documentation.
7. Provide technical support to teams and users.
8. Align IT projects with business goals and ensure timely delivery.
9. Recommend upgrades by staying current with tech trends.
10. Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in TechOps or a similar role.
• Expertise in scripting (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Azure Monitoring, Azure Log Analytics.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.
