Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development and operational support
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Shell/Python scripting
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Nagios, ELK, Influx)
• Experience with Docker, Grafana, and incident management tools (e.g., Zenduty)
• Solid understanding of Networking, Linux Systems, and Database (MySQL) concepts
• Ability to debug core dumps and identify performance bottlenecks
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and on-call availability
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for Ad Server and RTB Production Infrastructure
• Monitor availability, latency, and health of distributed software applications
• Automate tasks, build dashboards, and streamline operational processes
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure swift issue resolution
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for production systems and incidents
• Perform root cause analysis and contribute to post-incident reviews
• Build software and systems to manage Ad Serving platforms effectively
