Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications and services.
• Collaborate with agile teams to understand epics, stories, and customer requirements.
• Participate in technical brainstorming, design sessions, and create component-level designs.
• Write clean code and implement best engineering practices.
• Work on end-to-end development, including unit testing and debugging.
• Learn and adopt new languages, platforms, and technologies as needed.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong understanding of:
  • Procedural, Imperative (OOPS), and Functional Programming principles.
  • Data structures, algorithms, time & space complexity.
  • String manipulation, collections, generics, and error management.
  • Multi-threading, synchronization, and file handling.
• Hands-on experience with more than one programming language.
• Knowledge of design principles, patterns, and clean coding practices.
• Basic understanding of how the internet, OS, and networking protocols work.

• Web development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
