Job Overview

Publicis Groupe is modernizing its IT infrastructure through cloud adoption and is looking for an Associate Cloud Support Engineer / DevOps L2 to support this transition. The role involves hands-on experience in AWS cloud environments, Kubernetes/EKS, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and security
• Manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes (EKS), including deployment, scaling, and monitoring
• Develop and maintain Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for consistent and repeatable deployments
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins to automate application deployments
• Implement cloud environments based on architecture documentation and design principles
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across cloud infrastructure, IaC, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Promote automation and DevOps best practices to increase team efficiency
• Participate in incident management and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for operational incidents
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize workflows and ensure smooth release cycles
• Implement cloud security best practices and compliance standards across AWS resources

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting AWS cloud infrastructure
• Strong proficiency in Terraform and IaC principles
• Expertise in AWS Services: IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, VPC, EKS
• Experience managing Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, including scaling and monitoring
• CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins
• Scripting/automation skills in Bash, Python, or Ansible
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows administration
• Exposure to programming languages like Python, Node.js, or JavaScript
• Database knowledge: MySQL, MongoDB, NoSQL databases
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
