Overview

Proxitech IT Solutions is hiring a DevOps Engineer (Support Role) to help maintain stable, reliable, and scalable infrastructure. This role focuses on incident handling, CI/CD troubleshooting, system monitoring, and close collaboration with engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for DevOps-related issues across infrastructure and applications.
• Troubleshoot problems in cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.
• Work closely with engineering teams to resolve system issues and minimize downtime.
• Monitor infrastructure health and respond to alerts promptly.
• Contribute to automation initiatives to improve reliability and reduce manual efforts.
• Support continuous improvement efforts for operational stability.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or similar.
• Strong communication skills and customer/support-oriented mindset.
