Job Role: Technical Support Engineer – Tier 1
Qualification: Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent hands-on experience
Experience: 4+ Years in customer-facing technical support
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
Work Mode: 24/7 rotational shifts

About the Opportunity

Poppulo is seeking a Technical Support Engineer passionate about solving problems, helping customers, and growing within a global SaaS platform. You’ll troubleshoot software issues, work closely with cross-functional teams, and support customers across channels like chat, email, phone, and screen sharing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive technical support to global customers
  • Troubleshoot platform-related issues across OS, networks, and tools
  • Document support steps, update ticket statuses, and track issue resolution
  • Work collaboratively with your team to improve customer experience
  • Build deep knowledge of Poppulo’s tools and platform features
  • Participate in projects and continuous learning initiatives

Technical Requirements

  • Strong Windows Server Admin skills: WMI, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Experience with:
    • OS and log analysis
    • LAN, Firewall concepts
    • NTFS and File Management Structures
    • Remote support tools: LogMeIn, GoToMeeting, VNC, RDP, Dameware
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Clear verbal and written communication
  • Team player with strong ownership mindset
