What You'll Do

• Investigate and resolve real-world network performance and system reliability issues
• Define and execute action plans for field-reported issues
• Support internal engineering and product teams during feature rollouts
• Implement automated testing tools for identifying system bugs
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and build internal knowledge bases

What You'll Bring

• B.Tech / M.S / PhD in Computer Science or related field
• Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, or Shell
• (Bonus) Experience with AWS cloud microservices, DevOps automation, and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Ability to independently manage and deliver technical projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication
