What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS
• Provide operational support for Windows and Linux systems
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security
• Troubleshoot AWS-related issues and resolve them in a timely manner
• Automate operational tasks using scripts and configuration management tools
• Administer and optimize MS SQL databases, including backups and troubleshooting
• Configure and manage web servers (IIS and Apache)
• Collaborate with DevOps, development, and security teams to improve cloud infrastructure
• Maintain and improve incident response processes
• Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations

What You'll Bring

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Experience: 6+ years in CloudOps or DevOps roles
• Skills:
  • AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux administration
  • Proficiency in MS SQL database management
  • Web server management (IIS, Apache)
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (Terraform)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins)
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
  • Networking, firewalls, and security best practices
  • Incident management and on-call support

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.)
• Experience with Kubernetes or Docker
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices
