Role Overview

Pixalara is seeking a motivated AWS DevOps Intern who is eager to move beyond theoretical knowledge and gain hands-on experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure. This role provides exposure to AWS services, containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines, making it ideal for candidates aiming to build a career in Cloud Engineering or DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure

• Assist in deploying and managing infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Support configuration of IAM roles, VPC networks, and compute services like EC2.
• Work with container registries and orchestration platforms such as ECR, ECS, and EKS.

DevOps & Automation

• Help build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve infrastructure reliability and scalability.
• Participate in infrastructure monitoring and optimization tasks.

Containers & Orchestration

• Work with Docker to containerize applications.
• Assist in managing Kubernetes clusters for scalable deployments.

Learning & Development

• Gain practical exposure to modern DevOps workflows and cloud architecture.
• Document configurations and follow infrastructure best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of AWS core services (IAM, EC2, VPC).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based deployments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and automation tools.
• Strong interest in cloud infrastructure and DevOps engineering.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn quickly.
